Joe N. Lacy, M.D., joined Radiology Associates of Tarrant County, P.A., in 2007.  Dr. Lacy received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX, in 1979.   In 1986, he received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston where he also completed a fellowship in Surgical Infectious Disease Research in 1987, an Orthopedic Surgery Residency in 1992 and a Radiology Residency in 2006.  Dr. Lacy completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at Duke University in Durham, NC, in 2007.  He also holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an E-Commerce Professional Certification from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. 

Dr. Lacy is certified by the American Board of Radiology and the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.  Dr. Lacy has published medical articles and has produced numerous medical presentations and abstracts.  Dr. Lacy has professional affiliations with the Texas Medical Association, the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America and the American Medical Association.
