Richard S. Pickering, M.D.
Richard
S. Pickering, M.D., has been a radiologist for Radiology Associates of
Tarrant County, P.A., since 1977. Dr. Pickering received his undergraduate
degree in Political Science from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He
received his medical degree from Columbia University in New York
in 1971. Dr. Pickering completed a surgical internship at the University
of Alabama Hospitals and Clinics in Birmingham. He then went on to complete his
residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
Dr. Pickering is certified by the American Board of Radiology with additional qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology and is subspecialized in Interventional Radiology. Dr. Pickering has professional affiliations with the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, the Tarrant County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association and the Texas Radiological Society.
