William Hoot, M.D.

William R. Hoot, M.D., has been a radiologist for Radiology Associates of Tarrant County, P.A., since 1977.  In 1967, Dr. Hoot graduated from Rice University in Houston with a B.A. in Biology.  He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1971 and completed his internship at the City of Memphis Hospital from 1971-1972 in Diagnostic Radiology.  In 1975, he completed his residency in Radiology at Parkland Hospital in Dallas and then served at the Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana as a Radiologist from 1975-1977.

Dr. Hoot is certified by the American Board of Radiology and has professional affiliations with the Texas Medical Association, the Tarrant County Medical Society, the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society and the Dallas/Fort Worth Radiological Society.
